This week on my blog, I have a host of food-themed posts to share – probably because I’m constantly thinking about delicious things to eat now that I’m trying to eat more healthily while breastfeeding and to start the slow shed of post-baby weight!
I’m pretty late to the whole nut butter party but ermagherd, I am now OB.SESSED.
Spread it on toast, drizzle over cereal or fruit – or eat it straight from the jar like I do 😉 For me, nut butters are a thousand times better than good old peanut butter, and the pure ones have little to no added sugar and other nasties, putting them right up there on the healthy food scale – win win!
ButtaNutt is a brand I recently tried (Macadamia, yum!) and have been following them online since – I love their vibe and amazing range of flavours, available in 260g jars as well as clever little 32g squeeze packs (perfect for healthy snacking!)
– Chocolate Macadamia
– Honey Almond
– Pecan Macadamia
– Cinnamon Macadamia
– Almond Macadamia
– Rooibos Coconut Macadamia
– Roasted Almond
– Roasted Macadamia
Any one of these jars would make a great stocking filler this Christmas, but even better than that would be FOUR jars, which is what you get (plus 12 sachets and a greeting card) in their very reasonably priced Christmas Gift Box at only R295 (I really hope Santa is reading this!)
Much love for this delicious brand – kudos for a great local product!
