THE BRIEF: to bring to life the all natural perfume brand, Myrrh & Moksha, weaving as much magic into the branding as there is in the perfume! My client wanted her branding to be romantic, warm, modern and timeless.
I loved playing around with the logo concepts for this beautiful brand! The end result was an idea I’ve had swimming around in my head for ages – the use of a classic, elegant font, but with a twist – tweaking individual letterforms to create visual interest, lengthening and shortening parts of each letter here and there to perfectly fit spaces between the words, and even an overlap where the Y meets the O! All these little details transform what is initially a simple logo concept into something high end and special! Carried through onto the labels and packaging I did for Myrrh & Moksha too, the core branding and fine, hand drawn illustrations that form part of the identity have proved versatile in creating a professional but whimsical look for my clients beautiful products.
